I recently called Instant Verticals for a repair on my Hunter Douglas cellular shade.  Right from the beginning I knew I was in the right place.  Courtney, Heidi, and Pamela ( I think that was her name) were very courteous and professional on the phone helping me schedule an appointment and making sure they had the correct parts to fix my shade.  Steve arrived at my home on time- pleasant, knowledgeable, and again, I will have to repeat the word, professional. The technician arrived promptly on time. He immediately made friends with our dog which told me if the dog says he okay then he’s okay with me. He removed our old blinds as agreed and immediately installed the new power blinds. He took his time, not rushing me at all, and fully explained how to operate the blinds from my iPhone and share it with my wife on her iPhone. He was extremely polite and professional.
