I love my new shutters. I had to wait awhile for them but totally worth it. The installer was very prompt, efficient, informative and respectful of my home and surroundings. Big box stores may offer these at a slightly lower price but it won't be the same quality and they'll drive you nuts over the installation.

We installed motorized shades in our living room and dining room 2 years ago by Instant Verticals. A few days ago, when opening up the dining room Roman shade, it stopped in the middle and would not go up all the way. I called IV and the lady(Heidi?) answered most cordially and professionally and promised to dispatch service person within a few days and explained that our warranty period is 3 years! Despite being holiday long weekend, Steve showed up this morning and fixed it by re-calibrating software on his phone and also walked me through DIY on the app.(I did download Hunter Douglas app 2 years ago
but completely forgot about it!) All in all, excellent after-service and I can confidently refer this company to any friend of mine. Their display room was great and installation also went smooth as I recall. Excellent local outfit!!
