Top notch experience from a Top notch Company. Everything from the sales process, office staff, and the installation service was AMAZING..All true... professionals. I found Instant Verticals online and used them on a large office project and had 100% success. They were on time and in budget. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I give Instant Verticals 6 stars. Not only are they less expensive than a previous company I had used to fix a non-functioning... shade, their service is above and beyond others. When I had to order new shades for my kitchen "hot house" set of windows, and discovered that the shades were so exact in length that they could not slide over the handles on the mini-opening lower windows, they came back, took the shades, re-did the cords to a longer top down cord, and re-installed the shades in less than a week -- without any hassle. Previously they had taken a different set of shades for cleaning in good part because a stink bug had dies in the middle of one "tube" of the shade and left a stain. They got the stain out without a trace left.read more

Recommended by a friend and I can see why. Having no idea what I wanted, I went to the showroom. Very nice and very clean with lots of samples. Able to see... my options and the person (Mike) explained the pros and cons of so many products. Learned a lot and felt very comfortable with this company. I shopped other showrooms and went back after seeing the difference. Felt they really know what they are doing at Instant Verticals and their pricing is very good too. My blinds were installed a couple of weeks ago and I love them. Thanks!read more

I had been looking for window treatments for my large bay window for some time. I had visited The Shade Store, Blinds to Go and Lowes but realized the staff... were basically order takers and there was minimum customer service.I was referred to Instant Verticles by a colleague who gave them glowing reviews.From the moment you enter the store you know " it's the real deal." Friendly, responsive front desk staff, beautiful wall treatments and more sample books than I have ever seen.The salesman Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, both at the store and when he came to measure.However the best part was how beautiful my shades and shutters look in my home. I had no idea what the right shade could do for a room.My front shutters are truly spectacular with three neighbors asking the name of the company I used. ( they have been up 3 days). The installation men were on time, clean friendly and wore masks.I couldn't be happier.read more

We have various types of blinds and curtains/ shears in our home that haven’t been cleaned in a few years. After doing some research online, we found a... company located on Long Island that sells and cleans all types of window treatments. We called to get information & were advised to email pics of the items we wanted cleaned along with their measurements. The owner called us back after reviewing our email and advised us it would be cheaper to buy new blinds and window treatments rather than have them cleaned. What a joke! We immediately continued our search for another company. Instant Verticals / The Blind Cleaning Company had excellent reviews online, so we called them immediately. Every single person we dealt with at this company was friendly & PROFESSIONAL. Adele & Heidi who took our calls & initiated our order explained the process to us. They were very efficient in calling back with updates when needed. Joseph came to our home to take measurements. He explained the cleaning process to us, serviced one set of blinds during his visit and also advised us that some blinds and curtains weren’t dirty & to hold off on cleaning them. He was honest and forthright with what had to be done. Frank visited our home to remove the blinds & then again to re-install the blinds after they were cleaned. He was organized, quick and efficient. Both Joseph & Frank were respectful and professional. They wore face masks at all times & adhered to covid safety guidelines while in our home. Both reps provided a timeframe for their visit and were on time.We were amazed at how impeccable these blinds look now. The blinds are spotless, including the frame & rope. They look brand new! One set of blinds had a small hole in it and Joe cautioned us that it may get worse in the cleaning process & it didn’t. We are extremely satisfied with the work & service this company provided. In addition, the cost was fair. We highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting any type of window treatment professionally cleaned.read more

Excellent customer service and work was perfect. Needed a repair on an older blind - work was done in less than 48 hours at a fair price and the service was... superior. They know their business and couldn't be nicer to deal with. Won't use anyone else for future needsread more

Desperately needed a $.05 part and other competitors wanted $45 and insisted on $125 installation which my 10 year old could do.Mike got the part PLUS 2... EXTRAS AND GAVE THEM TO ME FREE for me to install!!!! That's the kind of service you can expect and rely on here. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!read more
